Young Adult Recovery Home Pilot Program

No-cost, non-clinical housing for young adults.

  • Young adults 18–24 years old, and are
  • Affected by opioid and/or stimulant use, and are
  • In need of safe, supportive housing, and
  • Want to engage in peer recovery and wraparound services
  • Access to a physician for Medication-Assisted Recovery (MAR)
  • Access to vocational and job training
  • Parenting support
  • Life skills development
  • Transportation assistance
  • Recovery coach & care coordination
  • Community housing supports
  • No treatment required: This program is non-clinical and free.
  • Optional treatment access: Residents can connect to treatment if they choose.
  • Person-centered approach: Focused on empowerment and self-directed growth.
  • Safe, family-like environment: Emphasizes mutual respect and accountability.
  • Adaptive recovery plans: If setbacks occur, supports are adjusted to meet evolving needs.
  • Life Skills Training combined with peer coaching
  • Trauma-informed therapy (telehealth options)
  • Spiritual or faith-based counseling
  • Participation in 12-Step or mutual aid programs
  • Access to psychiatric or medical care as needed
