✅ Clinical Counselor

Locations: Maywood; Oak Park
Schedule: Full-time, evenings & weekends required
Status: In-person only (no remote work)

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Counselor to provide individual and group therapy services within our Outpatient and Extended Residential Care programs. This role offers the chance to support individuals through structured therapy, clinical expertise, and a compassionate, client-centered approach.

📣 Youth Ambassador Program

Eligibility: Ages 14–22
Schedule: Flexible, school & community-based activities
Status: Volunteer / In-person & virtual options available

Way Back Inn is seeking passionate students to serve as Youth Ambassadors. This program gives young people the opportunity to raise awareness about substance use, gambling risks, and mental health while representing Way Back Inn in their schools and communities. Ambassadors gain leadership experience, mentorship, and the chance to make a real impact in their communities.
