For those seeking flexibility, our outpatient services are available statewide via HIPAA-compliant Zoom and in-person at our Maywood location.

  • 🕙 Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Hybrid)

🏠 Extended Residential Care (ERC)

One of Illinois’ few long-term residential facilities accredited to treat gambling disorder, our ERC program provides a structured, supportive environment for lasting recovery. Length of stay typically ranges from 90 days to one year, depending on individual needs.
